Building a home is a daunting task that can become overwhelming without good guidance, trust in the builder and a mutual understanding of what to expect. Cedar Knoll Builders delivered on all three aspects needed to make our future home the one we envisioned. They respected us by answering all our questions no matter how trivial they might have been or how busy they were at the time. The product they present to the market is one of quality which runs though out the entire process; from the signing on to build, the explanation of the building process, the care given to detail and the workmanship of all contractors. In the fast paced world of today, it was reassuring knowing that Cedar Knoll Builders relies on the tried and true service of delivering quality as it's trademark.

Cedar Knoll Builders built us a home of the highest quality and were a pleasure to work with. We have built custom homes four times; in North Dakota, South Carolina, Florida and now with Cedar Knoll in Pennsylvania. We are pleased with the attention to detail and the ease of working relationship with the Cedar Knoll construction guys and office folks. This was the best experience of all four construction projects. Cedar Knoll listened to the several special features we wanted and worked with us to achieve them, rather than saying 'we can't do that'. When we build our next home hopefully Cedar Knoll Builders will be there!

We moved into our new home in September of 2022 and could not be happier. We've had 4 other homes built, by 4 different builders. No one can hold a handle to Cedar Knoll. My reasons for this statement:
1. Great quality homes!
2. Prices are very fair
3. Responsive to your questions/needs along the way, nothing is too much
4. Stuck to their original settlement date, which I hear is not usual
5. Very organized. They run like clockwork. Not like other builders we've had.
6. Just all around good, trustworthy, fun people.
I can't tell you how many friends have come into our home and remarked about the quality/workmanship. A friend of mine also had a home built by Cedar Knoll and loves her home. It did not take much convincing that this was the builder we wanted to go with. From day one of the build, there was absolutely no stress.

This will be my last house but if it weren't, I'd build again with Cedar Knoll in a heartbeat. There truly is no other builder! Great job Cedar Knoll!!!

Our family has partnered with Cedar Knoll on two projects, including a custom home (from permit to move-in) and a historic home renovation. When we decided to go from a two story home to a one story we could not find a decent older home. So we looked into new builds and found that Cedar Knoll had the best selection of one story homes with lots of variety, so that we could find something that we wanted. Their prices were really good, too. We've been in our home for almost two years now and I could not be more delighted. Just the process of choosing what we wanted and needed was greatly impressive. They were sincerely concerned with what we wanted. As we watched our new home being built, the craftsmanship and attention to details was excellent. After we moved and I watched in greater detail how our neighbors house was built, I was even more impressed. We got exactly what we wanted with quality that will last a long time. I'm very pleased with the way our house maintains warmth in the winter and coolness in the summer. No leaking cool air out in the summer or escaping heat in the winter, which cut down our bills year round. The house is solidly built. No creaks or groans because the house doesn't move in the wind or because of changing temperatures. We had very little need to have anyone back in to correct even little things that might have been wrong. It was done right the first time. The company and everyone employed by them were a pleasure to work with. They were most concerned with giving us a great quality house with exactly what we wanted. A joy to work with those guys and gals. We have a somewhat difficult lot, but their grading was done expertly, so we never had a problem. I have talked to our neighbors and other people in various developments that Cedar Knoll has done and they all say the same thing. You just can't go wrong with this company.

We used Cedar Knoll to build our dream home in the middle of Covid and they did a phenomenal job - we could not be happier. They were able to take all of the ideas that we had in our heads, on scraps of paper and on Pinterest boards and added a lot of insight and creativity and pulled it all together in a much better way than we could've ever imagined. We worked most closely with Barb, Amy, Dave, Brian and Ernie - and they were all a pleasure to work with. The build process will be a long and stressful one - no matter what builder one uses. We're glad we choose Cedar Knoll to lead us in this journey.
